Offishial Business Outdoors

So i went camping and it was great. loaded the truck up in about 30 mins. flat and wasnt sure where i was going started calling and ended up at lake Skinner. Tons of people out there weather was awesome, set up camp about 430 and got a fire and coals going. made a cocktail a few other campers walked by said hi, just a friendly event.
Cooked up a baked potato, beans and a couple pieces of chicken, YUMMY. listen to the neighbors radio watched the boy scouts do their drills and lay about 12 American flags to rest. It was really a cool deal. went to bed and slept so great it was amazing, the stress just left, melted out.
Then it was St.Patty's day morning, cracked a beer made a bomb campfire breakfast and a cocktail. had to wait for the fog to lift so i could pack the tent up. Yep you guessed it cocktails for 2 hours.
Well all in all it was pretty awesome, however the GF wasnt happy i just bailed and never answered my txt or phone. i need to get away and clear the old head. well it looks as if its on the rocks with her and i. She thinks i was cheating.

Well all in all the weekend was great and so much fun, i even took my poles and never even fished. i was that content.
until the next campfire tent adventure. have a great week...

sounds like a good time buddy! i went camping last week, took the kids up to the mountains in the new trailor. Camping does alot for the soul! Always nice to get away from everyday hassle

Thanks, but i am pretty sure its over, it was fun and all. however i dont think the stars lined up for this one...

at least you got some time alone, hope all works out. life has a funny way of directing a person, its all in a master plan, just roll with it and see what lays in front of your path.
camping and the outdoors will always help the soul.
