One more time! Tell the Govnor fuck no!

As we all know Govnor has until the 13th to sign, veto or do nothing for these bills to become law.

Urge Mr. Brown to VETO these bills below! If he does nothing then they become law so VETO is the only way to stop them!

Dont forget all of service members past and present that fought for our freedoms are counting on YOU to stand up for them!!!

SB374 - Bans the future sale or transfer of and classifies ALL semi-automatic firearms with a detachable magazine or holding more than ten rounds of ammunition as "assault weapons." Continued legal possession requires that you REGISTER and pay a FEE (TAX) on ALL your semi-autos newly classified as “assault weapons.”

AB711 - Makes California the first state to prohibit the use of all lead ammunition for hunting.

AB48 - Bans the sale of parts and repair kits capable of creating or converting a magazine to a capacity to hold greater than ten rounds.

AB169 - Limits the sale/transfer of all lawfully firearms that were never, or are no longer, on the California roster of approved handguns to two a year and redefines the technical provisions of single shot pistols.

AB231 - Expands the laws relating to firearms storage.

SB299 - Makes it a crime if a person does not report a lost/stolen firearm within 7 days.

SB475 - Would effectively ban the gun shows at the Cow Palace by requiring the approval of San Francisco and San Mateo Counties

AB180 - Repeals state firearms preemption by allowing the City of Oakland to enact gun ordinances that are more restrictive than state laws concerning the registration or licensing of firearms.

SB567 - Redefines shotguns to include any long gun with a rifled bore or a smooth bore, regardless of whether it is designed to be fired from the shoulder and bans the sale of shotguns with the revised definitions that have a revolving cylinder, and requires registration of these currently owned shotguns.

SB683 - Expands California’s Handgun Safety Certificate requirement to apply to all firearms, and prohibits anyone from purchasing or transferring any firearm without a firearm safety certificate.

SB755 - Expands the list of persons prohibited from owning a firearm, including persons who have operated cars and boats while they are impaired commonly referred to as DUI.

i can understand why he would sign these. However i do not necessarily agree with it. I think he is taking it a little bit too far. He does need to realize that guns are a large source of protection for a lot of people, for example, my aunt. She has a 30 acre ranch out in the La Quinta- Indio area. She often gets coyotes, foxes, and other rabid stray animals on her property threatening her pets, horses, and her family members. In said case she uses a .22 rifle or the 9 mil she keeps on her. If these bills were to be signed it would eventually cause some damage to her ranch, which runs mainly has a horse-sitting business (people rent out stables for there polo horses can stay). This would damage her main source of income. This is why I am against Governor Brown signing any of these

2nd amendment rights & the Constitution are being violated, thus dis-arming citizens of United States of America

i can not understand why he would sign these,
it hurts the economy, the honest people and it will like you aunt disarm her to protect and secure your property. all of these are to make it more like other unarmed countries that have higher murder and rape and crime levels. NOT with GUNS but with other weapons.

Will the thrill any chance we can go take care of coyotes or fox for her? Or even quail on the property?

I just sent a letter to them, it is just ass nine they want to take our rights away, what they need to do is start teaching and making it mandatory for every person to have a hunters safety class TEACH not Take Away!!!!

Hunt and Fish thats hilarious! she has the occasional quail but i don't know if she'd let us hahaha she also has a pond she uses for irrigation with some small bass, bluegill, and BIG Carp and a HUGE catfish hahaha but hurry she's moving out soon

hahaha i'll ask i barely get down there myself if it does happen she definitely won't let you guys hunt the quail (if there are any) but the fishing is a for sure if she says yes
