3lb duck meat slice thin
1 cup light soy sauce
1 tsp red pepper flake
"Use more if you like more heat"
1/2 cup honey
1. tsp garlic powder
1. tsp onion powder
1/4. cup olive oil

Let marinade for 24hr

Then in dehydrator for 5 hr..... Done!
