Had taste for something spicy today. So I made up some poppers.

Ingredient

12. Jalapeño
12. Medium shrimp
1. Cup. Flour. "For batter"
1. Creme cheese

First you take seed out of jalapeno, fill half full with creme cheese, add shrimp, dip jalapeño in batter,
Then roll in panko. Deep fry at 375° for 5 minute. Then you're done..... Of course we made mango margaritas to go with it.... In an OFB outdoors cocktail glass.....
