It been an eventful weekend for me but finally got a moment to relax so I did some fishing. When dad said he want spicy fish soup, I grab my fishing pole and went to the canal. Caught couple catfish for our dinner in beatifull 114° desert heat.....lol. Of course we cook other ditches to go with it. Some ahi tuna and duck are always favorite here at the OT house.
