My good fishing buddy went out hunting last weekend and gave me his limit of bunnies. This was my first time cooking up bunnies. Was surprise how clean and white the meat was. Look like chicken breast.
Start out with this.

Double coated with seasoned flour.

After deep fry at 350 for about 8 minutes.
