Tri tip

I had it sit in the fridge for a day will garic rub on it. Before bbqing at a low temp, i sprinkled brown sugar on the meat. 45 min slow cook, flipping only twice. Served with a summer salad of tomato, onion, cucumber, oil and vin.. Simple and easy i know but the brown sugar gave it a sweet flavor i never had before and it was good.
Love brown sugar, I put it on most of my bbq meat.
