Ingredient

boneless skinless trout filet. Also work with other white fish.
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs yellow bean paste
3 tbs water
1/4 tbs sugar
2 tbs minced fresh garlic
1 onion slice
2 tbs slice ginger

Mix all ingredient together in a small bow. Save fillet, onion, and ginger for last step.

Use a oven save pan, and covered with oil so fish don't stick. Put half of slice onion on bottom of pan. "This will help fish steam" Lay fish fillet on top of onion, then poor sauce on top of fillet. Put the rest of your onion slice on top, then ginger. Cover pan with foil and bake in oven at 400 degree for 20 minutes. After fish come out of oven. Let it sit with foil cover on. This will steam the fish and finish cooking it trough. And you have it. Serve with side of white rice.
