Got the munchies so I made this up real quick from bear loin I had in my freezer. Nicely donated by my hunter buddy.

Season bear steak with salt, black pepper, then wrapped in bacon.

Grill on high heat to sear in the juices.

My buddy told me he will take us to the fishing hole, and medows where game hang out. All we need to do is pay for packers to take us in. I think that a couple hundred bucks. Pretty cheap for a hunting n fishing guided trip with 30+ years experance in nor cal mountain.
