i dont think anybody here makes their own plastics. But check out del-mart.com. they got some sweet molds depending on your application. I've been looking for a good machinist to make custom sinker and jig molds (production style), but so far nothing. Collins Customs in Virginia has a crap load of programs but hes dam near impossible to get ahold of. Took me a couple of months of pestering to get him to answer me and when he finally did i got the best mold in my arsenal made. That guys good, just hard to get ahold of.

del mart has been an awesome place for me.........I have a number of their molds. But just looking. My first del mart mold was from a guy selling it for next to nothing.......
