Another one for Oat - Hunt and Fish - 02-20-2013
Was in my local fresh and easy looking in the cheap guy section. I love this section of stuff expiring that day. Came across a 2.5lb boneless leg of lamb only 10.00. Decided to smoke it with avocado wood. Came out awesome. [attachment=1461][attachment=1462][attachment=1463][attachment=1464]

i love lamb! went to one of Emirils restaurants in New Orleans some time back and had a lamb chop with spicy lamb sausage......DAMN IT WAS GOOD!

Thanks guys. Justin a good lamb chip is hard to beat. Especially with the bone drenched out so you can grab it with your hand like a meat Popsicle
