Coot Decoys?

I'm finally going to do it ... I'm going to put a coot set out this year, with some widgeon blocks around them (12 coots, 6 widgeon). I will put H2O Water Magnets on the widgeon and a Rig 'em Right jerk rig on 3 or 4 of the coots. I've been reading that this is KILLER for the widgeon. I'm hoping to get a "Storm Widgeon" (white cheek color phase) to mount on the wall this season.

Your coot decoys look awesome. Too bad the real thing taste like crap.

I've never even seen a coot decoy. That's crazy. I just got some green wings.

nice i never thought of the coots that would help calm and trick the birds for sure

Nice teal, they look like GHG's. BTW, I also throw in a couple of drake cinnamon teal in my full spread.
