Ok so i didnt get opener, thats OK but i have a great question! you all ready for this one, here it is. The duck hunting DRAW is Government ran which is no different than a state park or such, Right? so are they going to be closed during the SHUT DOWN? if so they better start issuing refunds or make up dates, Just saying!
