Favorite fish experience in 2013
#1
So Far i've had some great experiences with my fishing, i wanted to make this thread for pics and short stories from you guys.

Here's mine:
this is one of many pictures i only have this one on my laptop
This Early Summer/late Spring, i was at my aunts house in Indio. She has a pond in her backyard with small bass, carp, bluegill, and 1 HUGE catfish. A couple of my friends were staying on a golf course/country club down the street. I decided to bring a rod and some small swimbaits. These bass, you could tell, havent eaten in forever... except this one. i was chuckin a 4 inch G2 Shell cracker around get blowups right when it landed. I went over to a small pond (about 20 feet long, 8 feet wide) and saw a school of easy 4-5lb bass. It had some artificial current comin' from a rock and i decided to throw the bait in the back of the stream and let the current do the work. soon enough the biggest one out of the group came up and nailed the thing!! i was worried sick because i was using 8lb test and a dropshot rod and reel. Anyways, brought him up and snapped this pic.. went 5.3. caught one bigger one but the pic is too dark. Caught him at 7:00 at night on a lucky craft and he went 5.9. Every cast was a fish that day... my most favorite fishing experience.

Now Your Turn!!!!
