Fish n rid trip in Coachella & Imperial Valley fall 2011.

Did a two day adventure this weekend. Went out on Friday to some of my favorite local canal fishing spots. Caught some decent size lmb, channel catfish, and dinks striper. Here picture of my bass I got Friday.
Ok, on with Saturday fish report.......Went out riding today, but I can't help but to brink my fishing gear with me. Stopped at my bass hole on our way in to Glamis, caught a few of small lmb real quick.
While we were unloading our rides, I can't help my self, and throw a bait out. Got few of these size channel cat real quick. 2-3lb stuff.
Between all the fishing fun, I even got in some riding time. Perfect riding weather today.That it for today guys. I think it way past my bed time. Have a good weekend everybody.

Ya know it, I'm always up for bike n fish trip. Too bad Flathead are pretty much done for the season. Still plenty of fish to be caught out there. Striper, lmb, smb, and channel catfish can be caught year round.

No hunting for me. I have bad gout in my hands. Had 3 surgery done past two years. I like to eat duck though. I don't mind tagging along for the hunt.

that works too, do a little jump shoot and fish maybe a beer and ride some more.
i am really thinking i like this idea of a good group going out and giving this a fun day.

I ran across some nice deer while riding out there. I chase it down w my atv, all I can picture in my head at that moment was big o steak on my grill......haha..... I'm a big fan of game meat....Mmmmm, I'm getting hungry....lol

well now i know where to look for my deer tag next season. we have pigs about every 4 months that we go get. the meat makes for great tacos and stuff.
