Metal Case 223 rounds
#1
as you all know the ammo wars still continue, well I have a few buddies that dont even hunt or shoot but always keep an eye open for the 223 rounds, well yesterday my buddy calls me and said he picked up 3 boxes of 223 from our local walmitty.. i just got the ammo and its remington metal case, i'm kinda new to the 223 world and brass vs metal, i've heard that brass is better / cleaner... your opinions please , should I keep them or sell them for what I paid..

it is a little dirty and jams a little, not great with weather IE moisture like brass, but for plinking and and screwing around its fun to shoot. if the price is right go for it

I have an ar15 and shoot both. You need to clean after every shoot with the steel for the reasons Mikey said above. If you clean you won't have a jam. I buy both as steel saves money
