The most people with Valid emails reffered Via any member, that register between these dates 7/19 to 7/30 will recieve a Hoody Sweat Shirt and 2 PSI Lures. So what that means is every person who registers via a members referral, we will put that current member up for a point , at the end of this we will tally up the points for all the refered names and he or she with the most new members under there refferals, WINS!
