Finally they open a Vietnamese Restaurant by my house. They're located in Sam's parking lot on Monterrey Ave right off I-10 in Thousand Palms. Try them out if you headed down to the IV.

Pho is awesome. Just not when it's 200 degrees out. I had it a few weeks back. Shrimp, crab and fish balls.
