I found a great coot recipe. Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Get a good rub going then pull coot out and start to get it ready by throwing it away and using that rub on something good

I think smoking them in home made red bricks smoker is good too. Put coot in red brick smoker for 4 hours. Then pull out coot n give to nabor dog. Then eat the smoked brick........lol
