Lake Gaston, NC fishing reports
#1
Smile
Afternoon Gents and Gentleladies,

Fishing at Lake Gaston has been awesome during the spawning season for both Largemouth and Stripers. It seems that the Carolina rig with pumpkinseed, watermelon, and candy apple red worms are doing the trick. On top water, they're hitting spinnerbaits and in deep water, around ridges, they may investigate shad color crankbaits and rattlers.

Check out each report below:

i will be back in TN in May, I will have pics to post every day. going to try to thin out the bass population on the small lake so we can actually have some bigger fish to catch.

The Tn River is awesome. I spend my time in northwest TN. The town is called Camden. They have a Marina near them called the Birdsong Marina. They have camp sites boat rentals. The whole deal. We always get a pontoon and go out there My in laws live on a small private lake. That's where I do most fishing out there

Nice, we'd need a house that sleeps 10. We'd prob. stay NW too since it'd be an easier drive from VA. That's our usual meet up. If you have friends or know anyone who have lake/river rental properties send them my way, we'd appreciate the lead and I'm sure they'd appreciate it.
