Top water action at DVL.

No I did not make it out fishing today, but one of my fishing buddy did. They rented the tin can and went for a morning half day trip. Only got couple of bass to commit, all on top water. The good news that I'm excited about was bait fish are on the surface in large number during the morning. Bass and striper was tearing them up. Hope this keep up, if it does it gonna be some goodtimes chasing boil this summer. Haven't done that since 2010... damn stripers ate all the bait fish. I'm sure after they fill up water in the lake that had effect on the fish........ The bait is very small, could be baby shad, silver side, or smelt......!!!!! Go get some.

Time to try out my home made rig.....
